Any loss or theft of the mobile phone.
Any claim where the policy excess has not been paid.
Any mobile phone where you cannot provide proof of purchase, proof of exchange or proof of warranty as appropriate.
Any damage or liability where your mobile phone is sent through the post if it has not been sent securely packaged and by registered mail.li>
Any kind of damage whatsoever unless the damaged mobile phone is provided for repair.
Any accidental damage or breakdown claim where the IMEI/Serial number cannot be determined from your mobile phone.
Cosmetic damage to your mobile phone.
Any claim for any device not listed as a mobile phone, including, but not limited to drones (an unmanned aircraft or ship guided by remote control or onboard computers.)

You must be a permanent resident within the UK and must own the mobile phone.
There is an excess to be paid on each and every claim made on your mobile phone.
Cover is limited to the mobile phone and excludes any accessories not damaged or stolen at the same time as your mobile phone.
Cover outside of the United Kingdom is for up to 90 days in any rolling 12-month period

Your policy will cover your Mobile Phone or Tablet within the UK or the Isle of Man during the period of cover.
We will also cover your Mobile Phone or Tablet for up to a maximum of 90 days anywhere in the world in any one period of cover.
However please note that all claims administration, repairs and/or replacement will take place in the UK only, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man only.

You must provide full and accurate information to all questions asked. Your answers must be true to the best of your knowledge and belief. Your answers will form part of the statement of facts on which your policy will be based.
If you become aware that information you have given to us is inaccurate or has changed, you must inform us as soon as possible. Failure to do this may invalidate your policy and claims may not be paid
All claims must be notified as soon as possible after the event which causes you to submit a claim.
You must follow our claims process which can be found in your policy documentation.

You can pay your premium annually or monthly by credit card or debit card or as a monthly direct debit instruction.

Your cover will start and end on the dates stated in your policy documents.

You have the right to cancel this policy within 14 days of the date you purchased the policy or when you received the policy documents if this is later. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation, and we will provide a full refund of any premium paid, unless you have made a claim or there has been an incident likely to result in a claim.
You may cancel this policy at any time after the initial 14-day cooling-off period. If you pay your premium monthly in advance on a monthly rolling basis and you cancel this policy after the 14-day cooling-off period, there will be no refund of premium because you will only have paid for the cover you have already received.
If you have an annual policy for which you pay an annual premium once a year and you cancel this policy after the 14-day cooling-off period, provided no claim has been made, you will receive a proportionate refund of the annual premium you have paid.

Any claim for loss of the mobile phone
Any claim for a theft of your mobile phone left unattended in a public place or a place to which the public has regular access to
Any theft of the mobile phone from the person unless force, pickpocket or threat of violence is used
Any theft of your mobile phone from any motor vehicle between 22.00 hours and 06.00 hours
Any mobile phone claim where the proof of usage is not provided.
Any mobile phone where you cannot provide proof of purchase and proof of exchange
Theft claims where the mobile phone has been stolen from any premises unless force, resulting in damage to the premises was used to gain entry by violent and forcible entry.
Any theft, damage or liability where your mobile phone is sent through the post if it has not been sent securely packaged and by registered mail.
Any kind of damage whatsoever unless the damaged mobile phone is provided for repair
